Giving

Your giving is an act of stewardship and makes possible the outreach to those who are far from God, extending Christ’s compassion into a broken world, and helping each of us become more fully devoted to Jesus Christ.  We have the privilege of partnering with God’s work in the world by using our gifts and resources through Immanuel Lutheran Church.

For the traditionalists among us, offering envelopes are readily available. Just contact the church office if you need envelopes.  In addition to offerings given during the weekly worship services, we offer other ways to support the mission & ministry of Immanuel Lutheran Church.  These methods are detailed below.  Thank you for your generosity in supporting Immanuel's ministries.

So, how does online giving work?

• Click on the blue eGiving button below
• This takes you to a secure web page on Vanco Services’ server – the page looks similar to our home page.

From here, you have multiple options:

• Make a one time or recurring donation from your checking account or credit/debit card.
• Set up an online profile if you desire, or you can give without setting up a profile. If you set up a profile, you can log in and review your giving history at any time. Also, your banking and credit/debit card information will be saved, so you won’t have to re-enter it every time.
• Give to one fund or multiple funds, just as you designate currently with your offering envelope. If you don't see your fund listed, use the “other” category and enter the fund to which you are contributing.
• Give a donation in memory of someone.
• Print a receipt for your transaction immediately.

The website is very “user friendly” and will take you through the giving process step by step.

Apps make life easier. With Vanco Mobile you can use your smartphone to give anytime, anywhere!

• Download the FREE app on your Apple or Android phone.
• Search your phone’s app store for “Vanco Mobile,” register one time, and future giving is quick and easy.
• Log in or donate as a guest.
• Securely and conveniently manage donations using Touch ID/Fingerprint, PIN, or password.

Already a Simply Giving/online giver? Register Vanco Mobile with the same email and all your transactions can be viewed and managed with your mobile device. If you don’t remember which email address is currently being used, contact the church office and we can help.

Don't feel like downloading another app on your phone?  You can also give by texting the amount of money that you wish to donate to 513-666-5966.  You will then receive a registration link. Click the link and enter your contact and payment information. Tap “Process.”  After registration is complete, you will receive a verification text as well as a receipt via email.  For future giving, simply send a text with the amount you wish to give, and it will process automatically.  For detailed instructions, click here.

You can also fill out the Simply Giving form and turn it into the church office.  This form allows you to make regular donations to the church without having to write a check or put cash in an envelope each week.  Just click the register button below to download the Simply Giving form.
